Introduction
The
Mild steel pipes is manufactured in
accordance to JKR/JBA Standard or BS 534 : 1990 , BS 3601. Using submerged arc sectional welded of
the pipes and cement mortar internally and bituminous outer wrapping externally ,
plain ended or socket and spigot joints in length 6.1 meter 9.14meter, 9.25meter and 12
meter subject to the mild steel plate availability. The emergence production
technique of Spiral Process also available as per client requirement for
the sizes ranging from DN 121.9 mm O.D to DN 2220mm
O.D . Finally the pipes will be enter a common process or inspection process
to ensure that the pipes is meet the standard requirement and sustain the
higher quality before deliver to contract site.
